Our new Keller Williams VIP Realty office is OFFICIALLY OPEN FOR BUSINESS! Stop by today, say hi and take a tour of our new office. While most of it is still under construction, we are excited to finally have a place that we can call home. The front lobby, conference rooms, Market Center Administrator, and Team Leader offices are complete. Soon we will begin the build out of phase two. This next phase will add three more offices to the next room which already has 3 offices in it. Javier, Krystal and I will be working hard to paint and move into our new office this weekend.
Once Phase 2 is complete, the office will begin the final phase and of course the biggest one of them all. The old sanctuary of the church will be transformed into 5 additional offices, a massive training room, drop-in seating for agents as well as an internet cafe. Projections for this phase are for about 6-12 months out at this point.
