"Everything went really smooth even though we had extra hoops for getting financed. They kept pushing to help us. It was a wonderful experience working with Rod. Not only did they show us potential properties, they also took the extra effort to help us get approval. With us being self-employed, it was hard to get approved. We were working with other companies before and it kept coming back with a denial. They were very knowledgeable about real estate in Nevada and helped us get a short sale with little headaches. Short sales are usually a long process but they were able to help us through the process and helped us determine that this home would be a great option for a short sale because they understood how the process worked. They were able to help us negotiate the terms and price and helped us get $9,000 towards the closing costs covered by the bank selling the short sale during negotiations.
