Rod was honest and always set expectations. he has set up a clear path to understand the process and had all the knowledge to sell the house successfully. I couldnt of been happier with him. He was professional and polite and available all the time. He works hard and make you feel he is part of your deal instead of not carrying and just wants to collect the check. (thats my previous experience with other realtors) Rod Blake is a exceptional Realtor who has never made me feel he dont care about my concerns.
