Rod was awesome. The minute he knew we were looking for a house and our requirements, he went to work. We had done some searching on our previously and he used that as a guideline to find other potential landing spots too. Rod is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. As we learned with house hunting, the process can be clunky dealing with sellers,competition from buyers, etc. However, Rod was very flexible with this and made our buying process much smoother. More so, he really wanted to get us a house we wanted and we eventually did! I’ve been trying to recommend him to people who I know are in the market of buying or selling.
