Mr. Blake was very attentive to my criteria in looking for a house. He made numerous trips to meet and go over details, as this is an older house, I had some concerns, but he never made me feel rushed nor did I feel he was not listening to me. For example, I had questions regarding the appraiser’s report, and concerns regarding the electrical repairs and other things that were noted. He emailed me with his follow up and we went over all of the concerns I had and of course walked through to be sure repairs had been made. I would recommend Rod Blake to anyone who is looking for a realtor as he does his homework and wants the home buyer to be happy with their purchase. That is what working with a realtor is all about, at least a good realtor.
